Original work. Clear attribution. Deliberate action.

These principles protect the link between a source, a person's contribution and the content that leaves with their name on it.

Draft policy, under review

Proposed product principles. The public policy will be reviewed against implemented controls and final service terms.

Use sources with permission and context

Work with public sources and company materials authorised for the mission. Respect access controls, platform rules and the rights attached to source material, and keep a claim's original context when interpreting it.

Keep authorship honest

Never invent a participant's experience, quote, endorsement or identity. Keep original observations distinct from research and interpretation, and disclose commercial relationships where required.

Give participants a real choice

Expert and employee programmes need voluntary participation, clear identity and approval of anything attributed to someone. Agreeing to one contribution does not authorise indefinite publishing in that person's name.

Name the authority behind every action

Publishing, outreach and other external actions need agreed authority. A connected personal agent must never bypass a participant's approval or a client's limits.

Leave a questionable claim open

Surface conflicting evidence and unresolved facts. Sometimes the right outcome is a correction, a qualification or a decision not to publish.

What ReachFabric is not for.

  • Impersonation or fabricated expert voices
  • Deceptive engagement or covert influence
  • Unlawful or unauthorised data collection
  • Fabricated evidence or infringing material
  • Publishing without the agreed authority

Bring your rules to the first call.

If your programme has specific rules for participants or sources, tell us early. We will design the pilot around them.
