Know exactly what you are authorising.
Before a pilot connects to your systems, its scope should name the data involved, the access required, the people responsible and the actions permitted.
Reviewed per pilot
Operational security controls, contract terms and supported integrations are confirmed for each pilot. ReachFabric does not currently claim any security certification.A review you can actually complete.
Five questions to settle before any system is connected.
Establish the data boundary
Name the public sources, company documents and owned-system data the mission needs. Agree what is excluded and who may see the work.
Confirm access before connecting
A review should cover connector permissions, how credentials are handled and how access is removed. Never send account credentials through a public form, including ours.
Review what is implemented
Ask for evidence of the controls that matter for your deployment. A control appearing in a product plan does not mean it is operating, and we will tell you which is which.
Put the handling terms in writing
Before any company data is processed, confirm the operating entity, the service terms, data processing arrangements, service providers and retention.
Treat external action as a separate decision
Publishing, outreach and anything attributed to a person need their own approval path. A data connection is never permission to act through it.
What to ask us for evidence of.
Bring your questionnaire. For each item we will say plainly whether it is implemented, planned or out of scope for your pilot.
- Authentication and roles
- Workspace separation between brands
- Action and decision logs
- Retention and deletion
- Sub-processors and data location
- Incident handling and contacts
Start the review before the pilot.
Share your security questionnaire and the systems a pilot would touch. We will agree the right channel for the details.
